Speed Keeper for YouTube（YouTube 影速管家，以下稱「本擴充功能」）重視你的隱私。本政策說明本擴充功能蒐集、使用與儲存資料的方式。
1. 我們蒐集哪些資料
本擴充功能不蒐集任何個人資料，包括但不限於：姓名、Email、IP 位址、裝置識別碼、瀏覽紀錄與 YouTube 觀看紀錄。
2. 資料如何儲存
本擴充功能僅將你的偏好設定儲存於瀏覽器的 chrome.storage，內容包含：
- 總開關（啟用 / 停用）
- 全域預設倍速
- 關鍵字比對是否忽略大小寫
- 關鍵字規則清單（關鍵字、倍速、啟用狀態、排序）
- 介面語言偏好
你可在「設定」頁選擇儲存／同步方式：
- 跟隨 Google 帳號（sync，預設）：設定存於
chrome.storage.sync。若你登入 Chrome 並啟用同步，Chrome 會在你的帳號裝置間同步這些偏好（由 Chrome 而非本擴充功能執行）。 - 只存本機（local）：設定存於
chrome.storage.local，僅保留在這台裝置、不會跟隨 Google 帳號同步到其他裝置。
兩種方式皆為本機瀏覽器內的儲存，每台裝置可各自獨立設定；選擇「只存本機」時，該裝置的設定不會跨裝置同步。切換方式時不會刪除你在另一種方式下已儲存的設定。「儲存／同步方式」這項選擇本身只記錄於本機（chrome.storage.local），不會被同步。這些設定僅用於提供功能，不會傳送至任何外部伺服器。
3. 是否有外部網路請求
沒有。本擴充功能不會向任何外部伺服器傳送資料，也不載入遠端程式碼、不使用分析或廣告追蹤。
4. 是否與第三方共享資料
不共享。本擴充功能不會將任何資料提供、出售或分享給第三方。
5. 權限用途
本擴充功能依「最小權限原則」僅申請以下權限：

本擴充功能未要求 history、cookies、webRequest、tabs、<all_urls> 或任意網站存取等高敏感權限，亦不會在 YouTube 以外的網站運作。
6. 兒童隱私
本擴充功能不針對兒童設計，也不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。
7. 政策變更
若本政策有重大變更，我們會更新本頁並修改上方「最後更新日期」。

Privacy Policy

Speed Keeper for YouTube ("the extension") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the extension collects, uses, and stores data.
1. What data we collect
The extension does not collect any personal data, including but not limited to: names, email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, browsing history, or YouTube watch history.
2. How data is stored
The extension stores only your preferences in the browser's chrome.storage, namely:
- Master switch (enabled / disabled)
- Global default playback speed
- Whether keyword matching ignores case
- Keyword rule list (keyword, speed, enabled state, ordering)
- Interface language preference
On the Settings page you can choose a storage / sync mode:
- Follow Google account (sync, default): settings are stored in
chrome.storage.sync. If you are signed into Chrome with sync enabled, Chrome (not the extension) syncs these preferences across your devices. - This device only (local): settings are stored in
chrome.storage.local, kept on this device only and not synced to your other devices via your Google account.
Both options store data within your local browser, and each device can be configured independently; with "This device only", that device's settings are not synced across devices. Switching modes does not delete settings already stored under the other mode. The "storage / sync mode" choice itself is recorded on this device only (chrome.storage.local) and is not synced. These settings are used solely to provide the feature set and are never sent to any external server.
3. Outbound network requests
None. The extension sends no data to any external server, loads no remote code, and uses no analytics or ad tracking.
4. Sharing with third parties
No sharing. The extension does not provide, sell, or share any data with third parties.
5. Permission usage
Following the principle of least privilege, the extension requests only:

Apply playback speed on YouTube | Injects a content script only on the YouTube domain, reads the "video title" to match keyword rules, and sets video.playbackRate. The title is used locally for matching only; it is never stored or transmitted. |
The extension does not request high-sensitivity permissions such as history, cookies, webRequest, tabs, <all_urls>, or arbitrary site access, and does not operate on sites other than YouTube.
6. Children's privacy
The extension is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's personal data.
